For installation of ball screw bearing block, evenly coat a layer of red lead powder on the bottom of the two bearing seats, fix it on the bearing position between the column rails with screws, and install the two standard inspection rods into the bearing seat holes. Put a standard ruler on the guide rail, fix a dial indicator with a measuring range of 0 ~ 0.1 mm and an indication of 0.001mm on the ruler (here, a lever dial indicator is selected), and the measuring direction of the probe must be perpendicular to the measuring surface (otherwise, there will be errors in measurement). According to the measurement results, calculate the height difference between the two ball screw bearing block, select the lower end to install first, remove the screws, grind the bearing seat and the bottom surface, calculate the scraping amount according to the height difference between the display point and the upper bus bar, repeatedly measure and scrape until the equal height of the upper bus bar of the inspection bar reaches 0.005mm, the straightness of the side bus bar is 0.005mm, the contact rate is 75%, and the number of points is 12 points /25mm2.
