2. The mark on the side of the rod end flange indicates the position of the oil hole on the track surface. When installing, pay attention not to install the oil hole in the load area. The presence of oil holes in the load domain shortens the life of the eccentric cam bearing. A vertical hole in the center of the rod end is used for refueling or stopping.

3. When tightening the nut, do not exceed the maximum tightening torque range shown in the dimension table. Excessive tightening torque may break the thread at the rod end. In addition, if it is used under some working conditions that may loosen the nut, please use a lock nut, spring washer or special lock nut.

4. The eccentric cam bearing of the eccentric rod end and the eccentric cam bearing with an eccentric sleeve are marked on the side of the flange of the rod end as shown in the figure below. They are roughly used as the reference position for adjustment.

The position of the outer ring can be adjusted by rotating the screwdriver notch or hexagonal hole on the head of the rod end. The rod end can be tightened with a nut using a spring washer. When tightening the nut, do not exceed the maximum tightening torque range shown in the dimension table.

However, rod ends with a diameter of less than 8mm (eccentric sleeve diameter 11mm) are quenched and hardened.
