Although the installation of the good quality thrust roller bearing is relatively simple, there are often errors in the actual maintenance, that is, the tight ring and loose ring of the good quality thrust roller bearing are not installed correctly. As a result, the bearing is lost, and the inner ring and the shaft of the tight ring are closed. The neck is a transitional fit. When the shaft rotates, it drives the tight ring and rubs against the end surface of the stationary part. When the axial force (Fx) is applied, the friction torque will be greater than the inner diameter matching resistance torque, which will cause the tight ring and the shaft mating surface to rotate, which will aggravate the journal wear. 

Therefore, the following points should be noted when installing good quality thrust roller bearing.
(1) Distinguish the tight ring and loose ring of the good quality thrust roller bearing (according to the inner diameter of the bearing, the tightness of the phase separation and the loose ring of the bearing are O.1~O.5mm).

(2) Distinguish the stationary part of the mechanism (ie, the part that does not move, mainly refers to the stationary part of the assembly clearing mechanism).

(3) In any case, the loose ring of the good quality thrust roller bearing should always rest on the end face of the stationary part.
