The radial and thrust bearing order case of one hundred communication emails back and forth

In January, I received an enquiry of radial and thrust bearing from a German customer. He wanted to order some scattered models. Not only was the number not large, but there were also many questions. Each model was asked in detail. But I never intended to give up. First, thinking that the customer asks such detailed questions, then there must be a willingness to order;
Second, thinking of being a foreign trade salesperson, isn't the main task of following up and answering customers and serving them?

So after more than one hundred emails back and forth for more than two months, the customer finally placed an order of radial and thrust bearing in March. After receiving the payment, we will arrange the production and delivery immediately, and try our best to ship the goods in the shortest time, because according to the customer's mind, which customer does not want to receive the goods(radial and thrust bearing) sooner? After the goods are shipped, I will continue to follow up and chat with customers about daily affairs. The best thing to do in foreign trade is to be friends with customers. When the customer complained that the outer packaging of several products was damaged after receiving the goods, we immediately reported and communicated with the carrier company, and proposed a solution that satisfies the customer.

After completing the first transaction, the customer has established trust in us. In May, the customer intends to place an order with us again, and the number and variety of orders placed are more than the first order of radial and thrust bearing. Many issues are now being communicated. I believe that we will complete the second transaction within this month. And I believe that in the future, our number of transactions will definitely increase.
