What type of roller needle bearing does ZYSL provide?

Needle roller and cage assembly
ZYSL needle roller and cage components are independent and are quick-installed bearing units. In applications where shafts and housing bores can be used as raceways, components can be used to produce bearing arrangements that require minimal radial space.

Roller needle bearing
ZYSL stamped outer ring roller needle bearing has a stamped thin-walled outer ring. Stamped outer ring roller needle bearing is usually used in applications where the housing hole cannot be used as the raceway of the needle roller and cage assembly, but a very compact and economical bearing configuration is required. These roller needle bearings are installed in the bearing housing with an interference fit. Since no shoulder or stop ring is needed to axially locate the bearing, this makes the design of the bearing seat hole simple and economical.

The hardened steel stamped outer ring and the needle roller and cage assemblies of these bearings form a non-separable unit.

Roller needle bearing with machined ferrule
ZYSL needle roller bearings with machined ferrules are made of high carbon chromium bearing steel. ZYSL offers a variety of series and sizes or needle roller bearings with no ribs on the outer ring. ZYSL also offers versions with or without inner ring.

Aligning roller needle bearing
The outer circle of the ZYSL self-aligning roller needle bearing is a convex spherical design. Two polymer races designed to match the outer concave spherical shape are combined in the stamped steel ring and installed on the outer ring.

Combination roller needle bearing
ZYSL combined roller needle bearing is composed of radial needle roller bearing and thrust bearing. They can bear both radial and axial loads. In applications, when other types of locating end bearing arrangements take up too much space or the axial load is too heavy, the speed is too high, or the bearing arrangements with simple thrust washers are insufficiently lubricated, combined needle roller bearings are especially suitable. The combined roller needle bearing provided by ZYSL has the following three basic designs:

Needle roller/angular contact ball bearings
Needle roller/thrust ball bearings
Needle roller/cylindrical roller thrust bearings
The relubrication intervals for the radial and thrust components of the bearing must be calculated separately. The shorter of the two lubrication intervals shall prevail.

Universal joint roller needle bearing
ZYSL universal joint roller needle bearing is made of cold forged or machined needle roller bearings, with closed ends, suitable for various applications. They are used in joints for special applications in the automotive industry, commercial vehicle propeller shafts, and other industries.
