I quickly returned an email to him, and then he sent the first 1 inch ball bearing. Bearing’s quotation, he said that the price was a bit high and marked it. I applied for the customer’s target price and passed it to him after modification. From this point of view, I think this customer is pretty reliable.
The customer said that he would make a small order of several hundred dollars first, and this small order of 1 inch ball bearing is a trial order. In mid-January, I shipped this to the customer.

Next is the Chinese New Year holiday. During this time, customers ask for three or four quotations every day. Bearing manufacturers know that this customer has dozens of models for each quotation, and each model needs to be accompanied by a specification sheet, but I always gave him the quotation at the specified time, but the good thing is that he will come to place an order for 1 inch ball bearing after the year, but because of the epidemic, he ordered 10,000 to 20,000 US dollars per month. Said that the epidemic had a particularly great impact on them. Later orders will increase the quantity and amount of 1 inch ball bearing.
