What is the processing form and precautions of 10mm bearing?

Deep groove ball 10mm bearing with an inner diameter of 10mm are 6800, 6900, 6000, 6200, and 6300, and their outer diameters are 19mm, 22mm, 26mm, 30mm, and 35mm, respectively.

(1) Miniature bearings-bearings with a nominal outer diameter range of 26mm or less;

Processing form of 10mm bearing
The processing forms of deep groove ball bearing parts are as follows:
1. Multi-process processing: Generally, the production of bearings requires 20-40 processes, with more than 70 processes.
2. Forming processing: The working surfaces of the bearing parts are all rotary forming surfaces, which are suitable for processing by the forming method.
3. Precision machining: most of the surface of the bearing parts must be grinded, and the grinded size and geometric accuracy are in μm.

Precautions of 10mm bearing
For deep groove ball bearings, the 10mm bearing load is too small during operation, which will cause sliding between the ball and the raceway, which becomes the cause of scratches. Especially large deep groove ball bearings with heavy balls and cages have this tendency. In many cases, bearing corrosion will occur. There are many reasons for bearing corrosion. The most common factors in our daily life are as follows:
1) Due to poor sealing device, moisture, dirt, etc. invade;
2) The 10mm bearing has not been used for a long time, the anti-rust period has passed, and the maintenance is lacking.
3) The roughness of the metal surface is relatively large;
4) Contact with corrosive chemical media, the 10mm bearing is not cleaned, the surface is stained with dirt, or the bearing is touched with sweaty hands. After the bearing is cleaned, it is not packaged or installed in time, exposed to the air for a long time, and is attacked by air moisture. 
5) Ambient temperature and humidity and contact with various environmental media; the rust inhibitor fails or the quality does not meet the requirements.
