Get the block bearings order because our not perfunctory!

At the end of November 2021 we received an enquiry from an Australian customer. The content of the enquiry is very simple: the customer asks to order block bearings. Informed about the size and attached the marking picture they requested. It can be said that it is a quality inquiry, not a random inquiry. After that, I asked the factory to help calculate the price, sample fee, and reference pictures of our block bearings, and then replied to the customer.

In the first two days, there was no reply from the customer, so I thought the deal could not be made, and I did not report much hope. Unexpectedly, a week later, I actually received a return from the customer. The customer asked us whether the price of block bearings includes shipping, and then looked at the previous reply, and the quoted price did not include shipping. Then I immediately replied to the customer even though the shipping cost. Afterwards, the customer asked if the reported shipping fee was in Australian dollars? I told TA that the bill was in US dollars. The guests asked me again and again how long it would take for the proofing and bulk shipments, and I replied to the guests earnestly. (From now on, I think this order will be completed.) After that, TA let us arrange proofing, after confirming some details, approve the sample, make PI payment, and then bulk goods.

Then when the block bearings were made in large quantities, the customer urged them twice, and they might think that we would not deliver the goods, and they were a little worried. Then I comforted the TA and said that the goods were not ready yet (but at that time I filmed a production video for the guests to see). And said that the block bearings are ready and will be sent immediately. Because this product is made, it is useless to us if it is not shipped, it will only occupy the warehouse (it is necessary to mention it again here, and it is necessary to reply to the guests' questions at any time. Let the guests know that we are really doing this products, so that customers can rest assured that we are not the kind that will not make the goods after receiving the payment.)

When it was finally delivered, just in time for the Christmas holiday, I put a few small gifts along with the goods to the guests. After receiving the product, the customer said that the product is very beautiful, and then asked if we could make other products and wanted to continue cooperation.
