Double cylindrical roller bearing has two structures: cylindrical inner hole and conical inner hole. Commonly used double cylindrical roller bearing has the following forms:

NN0000 double cylindrical roller bearing This kind of bearing has compact structure and small deformation under load, so it is especially suitable for supporting machine tool spindle. Because the outer ring has no flange, the outer ring and the inner ring components (with rollers and cages) can be installed separately, which does not limit the axial displacement of the shaft or the housing, and can bear larger radial load compared with single-row cylindrical roller bearings with the same radial size.  

NN0000K conical hole double cylindrical roller bearing This kind of bearing has compact structure and small deformation under load, so it is suitable for supporting machine tool spindle. The inner bore of the bearing is tapered, which can slightly adjust the radial clearance of the bearing. Because the outer ring of this type of bearing has no flange, the outer ring and inner ring components (with rollers and cages) can be installed separately, which does not limit the axial displacement of the shaft or housing. Compared with single-row cylindrical roller bearings with the same radial size, it can bear greater radial load.

Both types of double cylindrical roller bearing do not limit the relative axial displacement between the shaft and the housing, and are suitable for non-positioning bearings. The cage of this type of bearing mostly adopts the car-made solid cage.

NNF type double cylindrical roller bearing is a double-row full-loaded cylindrical roller bearing, which can bear not only great radial load and axial load but also overturning moment, so it is often used as a fixed bearing.

NNF type double cylindrical roller bearing is a structure with two inner rings with double ribs and one outer ring with middle ribs. The roller is guided by the retaining edge of the double inner rings, and the two inner rings are fixed together by a fastening ring. Both sides of NNF bearing adopt contact seal. The bearings are filled with grease. When single-row cylindrical roller bearings with flanges on the inner and outer rings are selected, the axial load capacity should be calculated, and its value is related to the radial load and lubrication method. The working temperature of grease is -50℃ to +110℃, but the working temperature of bearings is limited to -40℃ to +80℃ due to the limitation of oil seal materials. Under good service conditions, NNF bearing with oil seal does not need to be maintained. If the bearing is exposed to water vapor or polluted environment for a long time, and it runs at medium and high speed, the bearing can be supplemented with lubrication through the lubrication groove and lubrication hole on the outer ring.
