Self-aligning ball bearing
High-temperature self-aligning ball bearings: Two rows of steel balls guided by a retainer are assembled between the inner ring of the two raceways and the outer ring whose raceway is spherical. Self-aligning ball bearings can withstand large radial loads and at the same time can withstand certain axial loads.
The bearing has a stamped steel cage, lubricated with high-quality white high-temperature grease, and can be used in a temperature environment of -40 to +300°C. It can meet working conditions within 300℃.
Bearings are usually produced according to general tolerances, and the clearance is much larger than that of ordinary bearings, so they are usually not suitable for high-speed operation. But it can usually run for a long time at a speed of 100 rpm.

Deep groove ball bearing
High temperature resistant deep groove ball bearings: there is no internal retainer, only composed of rolling elements; it can meet the working conditions of about 300 ℃, produced according to ordinary tolerances, and the clearance is much larger than that of ordinary bearings, so it is usually not suitable for high-speed operation occasions, which are high temperature and low Speed ​​bearing, usually can run for a long time at 200 rpm.

High temperature resistant special type
High temperature resistant bearing with special structure: not only the material adopts high temperature resistant material, but also the automatic compensation of the clearance under high temperature environment from the structure, such as spiral spring bearing.
Import temperature ball bearing
Imported temperature ball bearing not only can work under high temperature and high pressure, but also has to withstand the corrosion caused by high temperature; it also needs to have the characteristics of non-magnetic, wear resistance, long life and high reliability. In addition, the imported high-temperature bearing is required to operate under special working conditions such as impact, vibration, tilt and swing with the drive mechanism. The working environment and conditions of the imported high-temperature bearing are quite demanding.

Requirements for the use of temperature ball bearing
During normal operation, the bearing cannot show abnormal phenomena of jamming and noise. At the same time, imported high-temperature bearings need to withstand the influence of vibration, impact and other factors. The materials used in the bearing must have wear resistance, non-magnetic conductivity, and corrosion resistance.

Material selection of temperature ball bearing
According to the special working conditions of imported high-temperature bearing, the material of the ring and ball should have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and non-magnetic. It is recommended that the ferrule material is G52# alloy, and the ball material is Si3N4 or cermet.
