Prevent the bearing from overheating and prevent the lubricating oil from aging. Others also have the effect of preventing foreign objects from entering the inside of the bearing or preventing rust and corrosion.
There are corresponding sealing devices installed on both ends of the bearing, but many people do not know what effect the sealing device has. Let’s take a look at the effect of the sealing device on thin-walled bearings.

2. Protect the external dust or harmful gas of the bearing from entering the bearing cavity to prevent damage to the bearing.
The sealing structure of the sealing ring is various, so the sealing effect is also different. The gap between the seal ring and the shaft is called non-contact seal. The smaller the gap is, the better the sealing effect is, but the smaller the rotation speed of the shaft is allowed, and vice versa. There is no gap between the seal ring and the shaft, which is called contact seal. The greater the contact area of the seal lip, the better the sealing effect, but the smaller the allowable shaft rotation speed, and vice versa. The main research content of the sealing technology is the research and development of the corresponding sealing device applied to different working conditions, as well as the commixture of the sealing ring material and the corresponding grease.
