First of all, let’s introduce our factory. We mainly do bearing products. At the end of last year, we received an inquiry from Italy’s hydraulic clutch release bearing. The hydraulic clutch release bearing required by our customers is the main production of our factory. The bearings, the customer sent a few of the hydraulic clutch release bearings they are currently using, I looked at the details, the customer also detailed their requirements, we have a similar hydraulic clutch release bearing to meet their requirements . So I sent us a similar paragraph according to his request, and explained in detail the performance and advantages of our products.
Then the customer asked if they could customize the hydraulic clutch release bearing according to their requirements. The customized outer diameter is 2mm longer than the conventional one. This outer diameter will affect our cost and production efficiency, but in order to meet the customer’s needs, we have the factory side. Also after consultation, do a special set of molds. So I replied to the customer that they can be customized, then report how to make it, and also ask the customer the specific amount of demand. The customer replied that they not only demanded this hydraulic clutch release bearing, but also other models, so they sent out the details of the demand. These are the hydraulic clutch release bearings that we can produce, so we made a detailed quotation form to the customer. After 2 days, I received a reply from the customer.
After the customer communicated with the company, they decided to send us a sample of the hydraulic clutch release bearing. We ordered the hydraulic clutch release bearing according to the required outer diameter, and we quickly prepared the sample.
During this period, after a week of waiting, the customer received a sample of the hydraulic clutch release bearing to reply to me: he wants to test it. So wait patiently for about a week. A week later, the customer responded to the sample of the hydraulic clutch release bearing and passed the test. Some areas where improvement is needed were also agreed upon.
Soon, it was the Chinese New Year. I just got to work after the year. I received a customer email saying that I had to come to China to talk to us in detail and then place an order. After a detailed confirmation time, the customer quickly booked the ticket and sent the flight information to us.
On the same day, I picked them up at the airport where the boss went to 2 people and arranged all the trips. The customers were satisfied with the reception and production department of our factory. During this period, the customer also wants to find other material suppliers. We actively contact him and bring them to talk in the past supplier factory. All the customers are satisfied. We have basically determined the order for the hydraulic clutch release bearing and the delivery method.
It took about 5 days. The customer goes back to Italy, and the next step is to wait for the customer’s hydraulic clutch release bearing order. After paying for it, about 10 days later, the customer sent a detailed order. According to the process, we made an invoice for the hydraulic clutch release bearing, and the customer paid the deposit and started production.
By the way, in the process, two hydraulic clutch release bearing products have been certified to customers, which are necessary for them.
